Terms of Service

1. What the Service does

You upload one photo of a scorer and, if you like, a second photo of a goalkeeper, choose a format and generate a short AI football goal video from a fixed scene. A free preview is 5 seconds at 480p. A full video is 10 seconds at 720p and costs 30 credits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is not for minors, and photos of minors must not be uploaded.

3. Your photos

• Upload only photos of yourself, of an adult who has clearly agreed, or of a pet, toy, model or drawn character that you own or have the right to use.
• If you add a goalkeeper photo of another person, that person must have agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of footballers, celebrities or other public figures.
• Before each generation you confirm this in a required checkbox, and we record when you did.
• You keep any rights you have in your photos. You allow us and our providers to process them only to check them and produce your video, as described in the Privacy Policy and Photo Consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy for AI-generated content

This section is our acceptable use policy. It applies to every photo you upload and every video the Service produces. A longer version is on the Acceptable Use page.

4.1 Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, or try to create, any of these six types of content:

• Pornography and NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive or “undressed” results, and any request to remove or reduce clothing.
• Violence and gore: injury, blood, mutilation, weapons used against people or other graphic violence.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or stereotypes people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, including hateful symbols.
• Child-unsafe content: any photo of a person under 18 and any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: videos of a real person made without that person’s consent, videos meant to deceive or impersonate anyone, and videos of celebrities, footballers, politicians or other public figures.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: photos you have no right to use, and videos that copy protected characters from films, cartoons or games, artwork, logos, club badges, kits or brands.

4.2 How we moderate content

• Fixed scene. Users cannot type instructions to the AI. Every video uses a prompt written by us, and it names no real player, club or competition.
• Consent gate. Generation is blocked until you confirm the photo-consent checkbox.
• Checks around generation. Our server validates every upload, every uploaded photo is automatically screened by an AI model before it can be used (see Section 8), and the AI provider applies its own safety and copyright filters. A video that is refused or fails is not charged.
• Human review. A person reviews every report we receive and decides what action to take.

4.3 Reporting violations

To report content that breaks this policy, use the Report page or email support@ozil-goal-ai.app with “Report” in the subject. We aim to act within 48 hours, and reports involving minors go first.

4.4 Enforcement

Depending on how serious a breach is, we may refuse a request, delete videos, suspend or permanently close an account and cancel remaining credits without a refund. A suspended account can still log in and view its account page, but uploads, previews and purchases are switched off. We may report illegal content to law enforcement.

4.5 Appeals

If you think we acted on your account by mistake, email support@ozil-goal-ai.app with “Appeal” in the subject within 14 days of our notice. A person reviews the decision and replies.

4.6 AI models we use and no affiliation

Videos are generated with the Seedance 2.0 Mini model by ByteDance, accessed through the kie.ai API. Ozil Goal AI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ByteDance, kie.ai, Mesut Özil, Arsenal, Ludogorets, UEFA, any footballer or club, the people who posted trend videos, or any film or studio. Those names appear only to describe the 2016 match and the trend, and the site uses none of their logos, badges or kits. All results are AI-generated and must not be presented as real footage.

5. Your results

You may download your videos and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes, including social media posts. We make no promise that results are suitable for commercial use, and results may resemble other content. Results are AI output: faces, movement and sound can differ from what you expect and from any trend clip.

6. Accounts

You log in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account on the account page; deletion removes your photos, videos and remaining credits.

7. Credits and payments

• Credit packs are one-time purchases of 100 credits for $4.90, 210 credits for $9.90 or 450 credits for $19.90. There is no subscription, and credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, under its own terms. It issues your receipt.
• If a generation fails, times out or is refused, the credits for it are returned automatically.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If an order is refunded or disputed, the credits from that order are removed, and your balance may become negative until it is settled.

8. Free previews and limits

Each account gets 1 free 5-second preview, once for life, and we give one free preview per network every 30 days. Deleting and re-creating an account does not give a new free preview. We may pause free previews when the site’s shared free budget is used up. Larger credit packs also include bonus previews (0, 1 and 3 for the three packs). A full video that rendered correctly is not redone for free. Using scripts, bulk requests or several accounts to get around limits is not allowed.

Uploads are automatically screened: every uploaded photo is checked by an AI model before it can be used. A photo that appears to show nudity, violence, a person under 18, a celebrity, a footballer or other public figure, a famous copyrighted character, or something other than a single person, animal, toy or drawn character is rejected and deleted, and cannot be used to make a video. Automated screening can make mistakes; if you think a photo was rejected wrongly, email support@ozil-goal-ai.app.

9. Other people’s clips

We do not repost other people’s videos. If we ever show a clip made by someone else, we credit the person who posted it. If you own content shown on this site and want it removed, email support@ozil-goal-ai.app; we take it down within 48 hours.

10. Availability and changes

The Service depends on third-party providers, including Cloudflare, kie.ai and Waffo Pancake. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it, and it may be unavailable at times.

11. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that results will be accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for any purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text and code, belongs to us or our licensors. Videos of the trend made by others belong to their makers, and the names Özil, Arsenal, Ludogorets and UEFA belong to their owners.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Updated terms appear on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
