The food looks odd in my Bby Wow Guy video. What can I do?
Updated:
Short answer
Video models struggle with hands holding food. The snack can fuse with the hand, change shape or vanish. Choose a photo where your hands are out of frame, and try once more if needed. Odd-looking food in a finished video is a normal outcome.

Usual causes
- A prop already in your hand. A phone, drink or food can leak into the scene.
- Fast action. Biting and chewing happen near the lens, where small errors are easy to spot.
- Hands in frame. More hand, more for the model to melt into the snack.
What to try
Retake the photo from the shoulders up, keeping your hands out of it. Food still looks wrong? Another run often helps, since each one differs. It costs 1 credit per full video. Pizza and a donut are the other presets, and either may behave better.
Questions people ask
Can I change the snack?
Yes. The presets are sweet bun (default), pizza or donut. Your own food can't be uploaded or described.
Does a weird-looking snack mean the video failed?
No. A video counts as failed only if it never finishes, and those get refunded automatically. Odd-looking food in a finished video is how that run came out.
Why isn't the bun a real concha?
The default is a plain sweet bun with pink sugar-shell icing. It echoes a concha without copying one.
