My Crazy Frog AI rider is on the ground, not floating
Updated:
In short
The scene runs in a fixed order, yet an AI video model can skip or blend beats, so the rider might stand, sit on the road or sit on a real bike instead of hanging in a mid-air squat. Choose a clear front-facing upper-body photo, run the free 5-second preview, and go again if needed.

What should happen
- At the start, the rider hangs in a mid-air squat roughly half a metre over the road, fists out.
- Next, the rider glances back, sees the hoverbike and panics, both hands raised.
- The finish: a small figure on the ramp, then leaning through a bend.
What to try
- Run again. Every attempt differs, and some come out closer.
- Skip photos of someone lying down, on a bike or in a car. The model can copy that posture.
- The 5-second preview packs the beats tightly. The 15-second video gives each more room.

Quick questions
Why is my rider standing on the road?
A standing full-body photo may be read as a person on the pavement. Crop to the upper body and a squat becomes more likely.
Is a grounded rider a failed render?
No. Only a run that never finishes counts as failed, and its credit then comes back on its own. If a finished video skips one beat, that's an ordinary result.
Is the order in the preview the same?
The beats match but get squeezed into less time, so a few feel hurried. Use the preview to judge the face and the pose.
Your turn on the bike
One photo does it. Nothing to subscribe to, and the finished clip has no watermark.
