Which photo gets the best My Ride Is Here result?
Updated:
Short answer
Pick a sharp, well-lit photo of a single subject, face visible, from the shoulders up or including the upper body, looking at the camera. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. The usual problems are sunglasses, heavy filters, mirror selfies and group shots.

Signs of a good photo
- A single subject who faces the camera, with an unobstructed face.
- Even light and a background that isn't busy. Daylight from a window is hard to beat.
- A frame that takes in head and shoulders, or more of the upper body.
- For pets: eyes on the lens, ears and face fully in view.
Photos to skip
- Anything with sunglasses, masks or hats over the face.
- Mirror selfies and shots run through beauty filters.
- Group pictures, since faces end up tiny. Crop to the rider first if you only have a group shot.
- Celebrities and famous characters, which are not accepted here.

Questions people ask
Is it OK to send two or three photos?
No, the template accepts one. Go with the clearest.
Should I hold a broom in my picture?
No need. A plain portrait keeps the likeness truest, because the broom is generated for you.
Do the clothes in my photo end up in the video?
Only with “my outfit”. The witch option replaces them with a hat and a black dress.
