One person is missing from my Tip Toe video
Updated:
In short
People vanish when one photo lacks a clear face, or when two people share a single photo. The template wants two photos, each with a sharp face looking at the lens. Replace the weaker one and confirm both roles appear in the free 5-second preview.

Common culprits
- Two people squeezed into one box: the model grabs a single face or blends several.
- A tiny face in a wide shot: too small for the model to treat as a character.
- The Partner appears only briefly: a weak photo can vanish entirely.
Checklist
- Crop every photo to a single person, face in the upper half.
- Use a more front-facing photo for the role that's missing.
- Preview first and make sure both roles appear before paying for the full video.
Quick questions
Is a third person possible?
No, the template only has two roles. Want another pair? Make a second video.
Does a missing person count as a failed render?
Refunds cover renders that never finish. If a video completes with someone absent, that counts as a regular outcome, and spotting it early is why the preview exists.
Are pets counted as people for this?
If its face is easy to read, a pet can take either role. Photo advice sits on the pets page.
