My Tip Toe video has the two people the wrong way round
Updated:
In short
The photo boxes decide the roles. Box one is the Dancer who tiptoes; box two is the Partner who gasps. Video looks back to front? Swap the photos, or press Swap roles in the generator, and run the free 5-second preview again before spending a credit.

Why it happens
- Photos in the wrong boxes: the cause nearly every time.
- A face that's hard to read: the model may lean toward the other person.
- Look-alike people: similar hair and clothes make two faces easier to confuse.
The fix
Compare the labels over the boxes with your photos, swap them if they're reversed, and preview again. If the two people still blur together, choose pictures with different backgrounds and clothing colours. Each role's name appears beside its box in the generator.
Quick questions
Which button swaps the roles?
Beside the two photo boxes in the generator. It trades the photos between them.
Does swapping cost anything?
No. Swapping rearranges the inputs and nothing else, and no render begins until you press the make button.
Can I flip the roles on a finished video?
No, a finished video can't be changed. Begin a new run with the photos swapped.
