The cards or numbers look wrong in my Unforgettable car video. What can I do?
Updated:
Short answer
Video models struggle with small fast objects and numbers. So cards can bend, swap digits or lose the 2 and 4. Pick a photo where your hands hold no cards, phone or props. Run again if needed. Odd cards in a finished video count as a normal outcome.

Usual causes
- A prop already in your hand. A phone, a card, a drink: any can end up in the scene.
- Fast action. Cards shoot up to the lens and drop away. Digits blur or change.
- Hands in frame. More hand gives the model more to melt into the cards.
What to try
Retake the photo with hands out of view, against a bare backdrop. Digits still off? Another run often helps, since each one differs. It costs 1 credit per full video. The cards are plain green with white numbers. No brand design appears on them.
Questions people ask
Can the cards show different numbers?
No. The scene is fixed. The cards always show a 2 and a 4.
Why do the cards look so basic?
The scene asks for plain green number cards. That keeps card game brands and designs out of the video.
Does a wrong digit mean the video failed?
No. A video counts as failed only when it never finishes, and those get refunded on their own. A wrong number in a finished video is simply how that run turned out.
